Historically businesses have not been accustomed to considering
INTERNAL customers. Identifying those cutomers, therefore, becomes
of paramount importance. If we have employees, we might readily
recognize that they can be seen as INTERNAL customers. But what
if we are "lone eagles"? Who would our internal customers
be? Well, we would have the same extended family of internal customers
as businesses WITH employees ~ We have our suppliers, our contractors,
our service providers... But you may be wondering, How are employees,
suppliers, contractors, service providers... considered to be CUSTOMERS?
This is the secret power of the Aspen Paradigm. By seeing ALL of
our business relationships as being grafed into the tenacious single
organism root system of the aspen, we give strength to each of these
relationsips as we are able to tap into the strength of each of
these relationships. Amazingly the Aspen Paradigm, far from depleting
the energy of its various members, creates a synergy that multiplies
the strength of those members. It is through the process of grafting
that we recognize and acknowldge that each graft must be valued
as we value each EXTERNAL customer. I would like to meet with you
because I have some amazing tools to set up a reward system for
these critical relationships. || SEND
